Welcome to the XPlus Series Modpack (hereinafter referred to as the “Modpack”), provided by Wudji (hereinafter referred to as the “Author”)! Please read the following content carefully. If the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) does not have full civil capacity, the User shall review these terms accompanied by a guardian, and the guardian must consent to all actions. In such cases, both the User and the guardian shall bear all consequences arising from agreeing to these terms and using the Modpack in accordance with applicable laws.

If the User objects to any content of these terms or cannot fully understand them, the Modpack must not be used. Any direct or indirect use, modification, or distribution of the Modpack—whether by using redistributed versions, modified versions, or otherwise—shall be deemed unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Agreement. If the User has any objections to any clause of this Agreement, the User shall not use, modify, or distribute the Modpack.

1. Usage Notes

1.1 When using the Modpack, the User shall comply with laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens’ legal rights, public order, social morality, and information authenticity (the “Seven Baselines”).

1.2 The User is responsible for all activities, events, and actions arising from the use of the Modpack.

1.3 The opinions and positions expressed within the Modpack (including those of original authors) do not represent the views of the Author.

1. Disclaimer

2.1 The User’s activities using the Modpack are unrelated to the Author, who assumes no responsibility for such actions or their consequences.

2.2 Any loss of personal game data, data stored on third-party servers, or account content caused by using the Modpack shall not be the responsibility of the Author.

2.3 The Author makes no guarantees regarding versions of the Modpack downloaded from non-official sources and bears no responsibility for their content.

2.4 The Author does not guarantee that the Modpack’s functions will meet the User’s needs, nor does the Author guarantee the timeliness or security of updates.

2.5 The Author will not obtain or store any of the User’s personal data in any form.

2.6 Components provided by third-party authors or platforms included in the Modpack may collect the User’s personal data or charge service fees. The User shall independently decide whether to accept the terms of such third-party providers, and the Author assumes no responsibility.

1. Intellectual Property

3.1 Copyright of mods, resource packs, texture packs, shader packs, and other content provided by third-party authors or platforms within the Modpack belongs to the respective rights holders. If the User intends to use such data, content, or services, the User must obtain proper authorization from the rights holders. Any disputes, liabilities, or losses arising otherwise shall be borne solely by the User, and the Author assumes no responsibility.

3.2 The User may create and distribute modified versions of the Modpack under this Agreement. However, it is prohibited to use names such as “XPlus Periotable,” “XPlus OptiReady,” “OptiReady,” “Periotable,” “XPlus,” “XP,” “XPlus 2.0,” or similar for naming, promoting, or releasing Minecraft modpacks not created by the Author. Any violation shall constitute infringement or misleading use, and the Author reserves the right to pursue responsibility.

3.3 The User may upload the Modpack or its modified versions to various platforms or use them for recording and publishing related videos. Distribution shall be categorized as follows:

Small-scale distribution (e.g., internal sharing within servers): No need to indicate the Modpack source.

Large-scale distribution (e.g., posting on resource platforms, creating new projects on download platforms): For unmodified versions, the source must be clearly indicated in a prominent location, and all download links must point to the official links provided in the original post. For modified versions, the source must be clearly indicated in a prominent location along with the statement: “This Modpack is modified from the XPlus 2.0 Base Modpack.”

Commercial distribution: The Modpack is limited to study, research, and non-commercial exchange. Under strict compliance with this Agreement and relevant licenses of third-party works included in the Modpack, limited distribution in commercial servers is permitted. The Modpack and/or its modified versions shall not be used for any form of direct profit, including but not limited to paid downloads, subscription-based downloads, or mandatory paid access. Indirect profits (e.g., advertising revenue from video playback, revenue sharing from resource platform downloads) are not restricted and are permitted.

Video Recording and Publishing:

If the video mainly presents general gameplay experience, the Modpack source need not be indicated.

If the video involves the Modpack’s modified versions but does not provide download links, the source need not be indicated.

If the video involves the Modpack’s modified versions and is used to promote the modified version (including but not limited to providing download links), then the distribution rules under “Large-scale distribution” must be strictly followed, with prominent indication of the Modpack source and the statement: “This Modpack is modified from the XPlus 2.0 Base Modpack.”

3.4 If the User cannot accept the distribution requirements outlined in Articles 3.2 and 3.3, the User may not distribute the Modpack in any form.

3.5 Regardless of the distribution method of the Modpack or its modified versions, this User Agreement and Disclaimer must be included. The Author bears no responsibility for any disputes, liabilities, or losses caused by failure to attach this Agreement.
